My daughter is one who also at times will produce pretty good copywork. However, even in the rest of other school work, she will write sloppy. I haven’t been really strick on her erasing and re-writing in her school work but yet at times feel like I should be more so. I appreciate you sharing what you did with your daughter in this respect. I really do want both of my children to have great penmanship. I think they just want to hurriedly get their work done so they write faster. Result: sloppier handwriting. We talk about doing our best in all we do. And I think that in general this can also apply to handwriting. Your post has inspired me. Thanks for sharing!

Hope you have a wonderful evening!

I really do need to begin doing this with my kids. They do not like writing, especially my son, and yet I know that they need to be doing this.
